1. Overview

NoGood takes privacy seriously. This website uses Umami — a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool — to track basic visitor statistics such as page views and referrers. No cookies are set and no identifying personal data is collected. Technical data such as IP addresses and browser characteristics are collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. Analytics data is not sold or shared with third parties. Aggregated stats are publicly visible via the Stats page.

2. Data Collected When Ordering

When you place an order, the following data is collected and used solely to fulfil your order:

• Name and email address
• Shipping address (for physical orders)
• Payment information (handled externally — see below)

3. Third-Party Services

To process orders, NoGood uses the following services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Umami Cloud — privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics. Tracks page views, referrers, and anonymised technical data (browser, device, IP). No identifying personal data is collected and data is not sold or shared with third parties.
• Snipcart — shopping cart and order management. Stores your name, email, and order details.
• Mollie — payment processing for credit card and iDEAL. Handles payment data directly; NoGood never sees or stores card details.
• BTCPay Server — self-hosted Bitcoin and Lightning payment processing. No personal data is required or stored.
• MyParcel — shipping. Your name and shipping address are shared to generate a shipping label and track & trace code.

4. Email

Your email address is used to send order confirmations, download links for digital products, and shipping updates. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties beyond those listed above.

5. Data Retention

Order data is retained for as long as required by Dutch tax law (7 years). You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@nogood.studio. Note that data required for legal or accounting purposes cannot be deleted before the retention period expires.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@nogood.studio.
